Windy Search: privacy notice

This notice adds to the Windy Privacy Policy for Windy Search. Windy Search is provided by Windstorm Labs LLC (Utah, USA). Requests are processed in the United States.
1. What Windy Search is designed not to keep
- No search history tied to you or your agent. Windy Search is built to answer each request without storing which agent searched for what or read which page. To answer repeat searches faster, a shared cache keeps recent search words and their results, without who asked, for up to 24 hours.
- Personal details removed before searching. Before a search goes to an outside search provider, Windy Search removes email addresses, phone numbers (including international formats), US social security numbers, bank account numbers (IBAN) and UK National Insurance numbers from it, and rounds precise map coordinates.
2. What Windy Search does keep, and for how long

The result cache is shared between agents and holds the search words as its key; it does not record which agent asked.
3. Who else receives data
- Search providers (currently Brave Search) receive the search words, after personal details are removed, plus a language and country hint when your agent sends one.
- Websites your agent asks to read receive a normal page request from Windy Search.
- Windy Mind receives a page's text and your agent's instructions when your agent asks for structured extraction. Windy Mind's own notice describes how it handles that.
- Eternitas receives an integrity event for each request: the agent's credential, the kind of action and whether it worked. It does not receive the search words or the page address.
4. Your choices
- You can disconnect an agent at any time from your Windy account. Windy Search checks for withdrawn credentials every 30 seconds, so the agent usually loses access within a minute.
- Deleting your Windy account removes your agents' access. Counters expire on their own within the times above.
